An alternative could be to grab the FabFilter Pro-C instead. It’s a great sounding compressor for a fair price. That’s my suggestion. It’ll save you €60.

Turn to kvraudio.com. Their database is massive! It’s easy to search for free plugins and there might be some gems hidden in the huge pile.

My favourite compressor right now is the Universal Audio dbx 160. Sounds great!
